Architecture & Design

Gro reimagines architecture and design for non-profits.   Architecture and design impact outcomes and experiences, determine relevancy and productivity,  affect cost, and inform identity.  Architecture and design are the manifestation of an organization’s vision, intentions and practices.   Gro’s Architecture & Design practice is North American lead, often teamed with local architecture and engineering talent, cross-pollinating leading edge think and best design practices for community, wellness, youth development, congregational, educational and housing initiatives - new construction and renovation – whether unique or prototype and standards-based.

Interiors & Branded Environments

For most community and youth service, educational, religious and housing-based non-profits, routine modernization and re-tooling of existing centers and campuses provides a direct line to impact, performance and relevance.   Outdated venues and building area, when reimagined, become functional and productive spaces in service.  Whether renovating and remodeling existing building and site areas, or establishing new prototype and design standards, Gro’s Interiors and Branded Environments studio economically positions non-profit and mission-based organizations for modern, productive, adaptable, and healthy environments for program, curriculum and/or service delivery.
